Bio Dynamics has a fully equipped and professionally staffed Technical Division, providing aftersales service for all products that we supply. Services include Installation of new equipment, pro-active preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance as well as service agreements. Specialist application training is also facilitated.

With our 24hour hotline, and technicians on standby, our customers are ensured they have backup service whenever they need it most.

In accordance with the structure of Bio Dynamics the Technical Division also has two sub-divisions, Scientific and Medical. This enables our technicians to specialize on specific products. Continuous skills development and training is part of our commitment.

We have taken great strides in ensuring the quality of service delivery. Ensuring that all technicians are properly trained and they have the correct tools at their disposal. The support from the technical admin staff ensures timely responses and follow-ups on all jobs completed ensuring that customers receive the best possible aftersales experience.

By offering cost effective service agreements and keeping extensive stock on critical spare parts we strive to complete corrective maintenance visits with the shortest possible turnaround times ensuring that customers have maximum uptime on their equipment.
