Services include installation of new equipment, pro-active preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance as well as service agreements. Specialist application training, is also facilitated.
With our 24 hour hotline and technicians that are on standby, our customers can be assured to have the necessary technical product support, when needed most.
In accordance with the structure of Bio Dynamics, the technical division also has two sub-divisions, differentiated as scientific and medical. This enables our technicians to specialize in specific product ranges.
Continuous skills development and -training is also part of our commitment. Support from technical admininistration staff ensures timely responses and follow-ups on all jobs completed, ensuring that customers receive the best possible after-sales experience.
By offering cost-effective service agreements and by keeping sufficient stock of critical spare parts, we strive to complete corrective maintenance visits, within the shortest possible turnaround times.
